Hello again my little Quiches!
This is part 2 of 3 of my Holy Grail
makeup products installment. I was just
going to do one whole post....but it would
have been way too long!

Today I will be talking about my holy grail makeup products! I use these everyday and they have never failed me (Well, most of them!). I have some swatches as reviews to go along with these products as well. I will put links under each product so you can check them out!

Disclaimer: I have recently only been trying to purchase cruelty free makeup products. The products that are not cruelty free that are in the post, are ones that I will not be repurchasing, but I am just trying to use them up and get rid of them!

Let's Start with primer!

1. Too Faced Shadow Insurance.
This primer is fantastic! Just like any other Too Faced product tbh. It applies very thin and and doesn't add any extra color to the skin. I really like that about this primer because there are some eye shadow primers out there that are thick, clumpy, and don't dry well. This dries so fast and really does prolong the length that my eye shadow stays on.

Eye shadows

1. The Graveyard Girl Swamp Queen Pallete by Tarte.
So let's be real. I was fangirling so hard when I found out that Tarte was coming out with this pallete. I was just waiting and waiting for it to be in stock again and I finally got my hands on it. This pallete....I can't believe I'm going to say this....is my ALL TIME favorite pallete. The colors are so versatile, you can create an endless amount of looks with these colors. Let me just say that the pictures do not do it justice. The bronzer, highlight, and blush in this pallet also kick some serious ass. You can do so many things with this and I would recommend it to everyone!

2. The Kat Von D Shade & Light Eye Pallete.
This pallete would be perfect for beginners. It's very easy to blend and has all the colors you could possibly need for neutral eye looks.I actually use the middle of the top 3 shades to powder my eyebrows! Kat Von D always saves my life when I don't know what to do with my eye shadow.

Eyeliner/ Eyebrows

1. (On the far left) Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade in Blonde.
I've actually just started using this product. It is very thick...in a good way, and makes your brows look phenomenal. The color pay off is crazy!

2. Anastasia Brow Pencil in Taupe.
Next to the brow pomade we have this Anastasia Brow pencil. I LOVE this product. I like this better than the gel only because of the ease. It is so simple to put on and so easy to blend. I always use this when I'm in a hurry and it gives me great results!

3. Stila Stay-All-Day Liquid Liner in Black
Next to the Anastasia Brow Pencil we have this Stila liquid liner. This liner really does stay on all day. I mean it does not budge. The felt tip is very easy to work with. This liner has great color pay off and dries to a matte finish! I don't believe that Stila is cruelty free, so I'll probably be trying Kat Von D's liquid liner next.

4. Rimmel Exaggerate Retractable pencil in Black.
Last but not least we have this Rimmel liner. I use this for my upper waterline and lower. It doesn't have the best staying power but I hardly ever use eyeliner on my waterlines so it makes it good enough for me! It's very affordable and does it's job. As far as I know, Rimmel is not cruelty free so I will not be repurchasing when I run out!

Mascara

1. Maybelline Colossal Spider Effects Mascara
If I had to rate this mascara out of 5 stars, I would give it a 3. I actually don't particularly like this product as much as I though I would, but I needed a new cheap base mascara and thought that I would give this a try. I was really hoping for thick and clumpy as hell lashes but it really doesn't do that for me. I only included this product because I use it everyday...and I'm just trying to get rid of it! Not cruelty free. Will not be repurchasing.

2. Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara
Okay, so I never thought that a high end mascara would be any different than a drugstore mascara but boy was I wrong. This gives me the fullest, most beautiful lashes I've ever seen a mascara give me. I love to pair this with the Lash Sensational mascara for extra volume. These two are amazing together!

3. Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara
I haven't been able to find a drugstore mascara that I like for a very long time until I ran across this little gem. This mascara gives me such long and full lashes. It's crazy how great this product is. I am so very bummed that this is not cruelty free.

Thank you guys so much for reading!

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to these bad boys. They have saved my day and made all of this swatching possible.

Hello again my little Quiches!
This is part 1 of 3 of my Holy Grail
makeup products installment. I was just
going to do one whole post....but it would
have been way too long!

Let's start with face products!

1. Too Faced Hangover Primer.
I ALWAYS use this underneath my makeup. It applies more like a lotion instead of silicon. I was skeptical of this product because of that, but I can honestly say that this is the best primer I have ever used. (Also it smells like coconuts.)

2. The Beauty Blender.
I don't even feel like I need to explain this! I have tried knock off sponges, brushes, etc, but nothing applies my foundation like this little beauty does. It never fails me. All of the positive reviews on this mysterious little sponge are all true! I can promise you that. It is a little pricey, but if you take care of them they can last quite a while.

3. Makeup Forever's Mat Velvet Foundation in the color 15 Alabaster.
I LOVE this foundation. The coverage is extremely blend able but never looks to cakey! It's very hard for me to find foundation that matches the color of my face so I am very pleased with their range of colors! Unfortunately this brand is not cruelty free and I probably will not be re-purchasing because of that reason, and that makes me incredibly sad because this foundation really kicks ass.

4. Estee Lauder's Perfectionist Youth-Infusing foundation in the color 1C1 Cool Bone.
I actually got this foundation on accident. I went to the Estee Lauder counter in Macy's to buy another one of my favorites: The double wear foundation. But they accidentally gave me this and I didn't realize until I got home. I didn't return it because ya girl was in SERIOUS need of some foundation. I use this when my Makeup Forever foundation is too light for me. As you can see in the picture it is a little darker. This foundation really isn't full coverage and doesn't build well, but it is great for the summer. It's light weight and stays on for a decent amount of time. However, just like the Makeup forever foundation, I will not be repurchasing because it is not cruelty free. Once I run out of these two, I would love to try the Too Faced Born this way foundation!

Concealer

1. Hard Candy Glamoflauge Concealer In the lightest color I could find!
This stuff is actually insane. This concealer has more coverage than my two foundations  combined. Sometimes I just put this all over my face! The only issue with this concealer is that is can get pretty cakey, and it does feel a bit heavy, but your makeup will last forever and you will look flawless. I keep meaning to try the Glamoflauge foundation because the coverage of that must be insane! In the pictures below I have one of my tattoos uncovered, and then the same one with the concealer on top of it.
(This stuff is crazy!!)

 Highlight

1. Too Faced Candlelight Glow Highlighter in Rosy Glow.
This product was the first high end highlight that I have ever used. And let me tell you....pictures do NOT do it justice. This highlighter makes you look like a little fairy princess. It's so smooth it glides on with ease. Sometimes I just want to cover my whole face in this stuff because it is so gorgeous. I also use this as a brow bone highlight. For my face I usually swirl the white & pink together, and for my brow bone I use only the white. I like the pink in this duo because it's not too pink.. If that makes sense. It's just a little bit warmer and less dramatic than the light color. I never understood the importance of a highlighter until this little baby ended up in my life. (Also like I said earlier.... the pictures do not do it justice.

Contour

1. Wet & Wild Contouring Pallet in Caramel Toffee.
I recently rediscovered this guy in my makeup collection. I didn't like this product when I bought it at first. For some reason though, I started using this product again and all I have to say is WOW. The powders in the pallet are so creamy and easy to work with! I love to use the light color for my under eye powder. I use my beauty blender to apply it and it is absolutely flawless. (Sometimes I cover my whole face with this powder!) Now let's talk about the actual contour color. I love this color man. I will vouch for this product for all of my girls and guys out there that have super light skin. It isn't muddy, it's build able and blends so easily! Now in the swatches I did you can tell the colors are very subtle, but they apply entirely different to the face.
Blush
1. Milani Blush In Luminoso.
I first heard of this blush from the YouTuber Leighannsays. She would talk about this ALL the time and I can totally see why now. This blush is so peachy and warm, blend able, not too glittery. It's all you could ever want in a blush. I would really love to try more blushes from this brand!

Setting Powder

1. Too Faced Primed and Poreless Powder.
Every single Too Faced makeup product I have tried has been phenomenal. Especially their powders. I put this stuff on after I put on my Too Faced Hangover primer, and I put it on my entire face when my makeup look is complete. The title of this product pretty much explains it all.Too Faced is killin it once again!
